![]() So I reboot and the process repeats ad infinitum. I downloaded High Sierra from the app store, hit install and about 30 mins later got a "could not install please restart and try again" message. ![]() I've been installing these betas since forever and this has never happened to me. I don't think it matters if you chose to format your drive as APFS as I had no issues switching back. This takes you into "internet recovery mode" (which I didn't know was a thing) and will download the current stable version of Sierra + install it, forgoing the High Sierra infinite install loop. EDIT: For anyone else having this issue, the solution is to boot with OPTION + COMMAND + R.
